Privacy policy

klulkler publishes this privacy policy for the website at https://klulkler.cfd/. klulkler is an editorial guidebook on qualitative B2B marketing research, including customer interviews and the claude notes method. The contact address is 233 South Wacker Drive, Suite 4200, Chicago, IL 60606, United States. The phone is +1 (312) 555-0186. The email is [email protected].

Scope

This policy describes how klulkler handles information when you read the guidebook, join the field list, or store a cookie preference. It applies to pages on klulkler.cfd, including articles, the glossary, and claude notes. It does not govern research you conduct on your own customers, and this site does not host those recordings.

Information you give us

If you join the field list, you submit an email address. We use it to send occasional notes about new guidebook pages. We do not ask for a name, a job title, or a company on that form. If you email [email protected], call +1 (312) 555-0186, or message the published number on WhatsApp, we receive whatever you choose to send, including your address or number and the content of the message. Please do not send confidential buyer transcripts, account lists, or personnel files to a general inbox.

Information collected automatically

The server may log ordinary technical data: IP address, date and time, and the page requested. Logs keep the site operating and are not sold or used to build an advertising profile. klulkler does not run advertising pixels and does not score a visit as buying intent.

Local storage

If you choose Accept all or Reject on the banner, the site writes a key named cookie_notification in local storage in your browser. The value records that choice so the banner does not return on every page. This is a preference, not an advertising identifier. You can clear it in your browser. The cookie policy explains the same control.

How we use information

We use email addresses to operate the field list and to answer a person who wrote to us. We use technical logs for security and operations. We use the local preference only to honor the banner choice. We do not use this information to predict whether you will purchase anything, and we do not append it to a data broker file.

Sharing

klulkler does not sell personal information. klulkler does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. A company that hosts the site or sends email may process data only to provide that service. A message you send through WhatsApp is handled by WhatsApp under its own terms. Fonts may be requested from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of loading the type. We describe that request in the cookie policy.

California residents

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA, gives you the right to know, delete, and correct personal information, and the right to opt out of sale or sharing. klulkler does not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in California law. To request access, correction, or deletion, email [email protected] with the subject “California privacy request.” We will verify the request using the email from the field list or from earlier correspondence. An authorized agent may write if you provide proof of authority. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Other US state privacy laws

Residents of other states with consumer privacy statutes may have similar rights to access, delete, correct, and appeal a denial. Send the request to [email protected]. If we deny a request, you may reply and ask for a review. We will respond within the time the applicable statute requires, or within 45 days if the statute is silent, and we will tell you if we need an extension.

Retention

Field-list addresses are kept until you ask to be removed by writing to [email protected]. Correspondence is kept long enough to resolve the thread, then deleted. Server logs are kept for operations, typically no longer than twelve months, unless a security incident requires a longer hold. The banner preference stays in your browser until you clear it.

Security and children

No website can promise perfect security. klulkler uses reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to a content site that collects little: limited access to the mailbox, and no storage of payment cards because the site does not take payment. Do not send sensitive personal information through the field-list form. The guidebook is written for working adults. klulkler does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child submitted an email, write to [email protected] and we will delete it.

International visitors and changes

The site is operated from the United States. If you read it from another country, your information will be processed in the United States, where privacy laws differ from those where you live. If we change this policy, we will post the new text on this page and update the date below. If we materially change how we use email addresses, we will describe the change on this page before we rely on it.
